I had spectrum back a few years ago when they were Brighthouse. I dropped them because they continually over charged me. Fast forward 4 years and we're in an epidemic where I need high speed internet to handle my 3 daughters doing online school. So I give them a call and they say there mailing out my equipment with instructions for self setup. Now we're a day after online school starts and my delivery of equipment not only comes late but is 1 of the 5 pieces of equipment I need. So I call, get transferred 5 times than hung up on. I call back, get transferred 3 more times and hung up on again. Now I'm an hour + in at this point and extremely irritated. I call back for the 3rd time. This time I get a sweet lady from the Midwest that helps me to the best of her ability. Tells me to go to the office and get the correct equipment. So I drive 30 min across town to get my new equipment. I get home and open my boxes and this $#*! looks like a beat up atari from 1983. What do you know! Non of this $#*! works, so I call back again. They now say. Oh yeah., sorry. Your equipment doesn't work, we need to send a technician out next week to check it out! ( which they told me they don't do because of covid hence why they send me my partial equipment to install myself.) sooo. Spectrum you suck $#*!! I should have never even given you another chance. #samebull$#*!differentyear #lostmybusinessbeforeyourevengotit
