My experience with Joyamo went very smoothly from start to finish. I received my jewelry, a mama necklace with my son's name engraved, in a timely manner and it looked just like the photos. I had some questions before ordering and customer service had been responsive. They were also quick to respond on social media as well. Overall it was a very good experience.
