My contractor ordered a fixture on this site on 5/20/2020. It was delivered on 6/15/2020. I don't know when he picked it up but he brought the fixture to the project about two weeks later. When we opened the box crystals were missing. We requested return instructions and were told we had to report any damage within 48 hours of delivery. They also said they will not exchange anything after 15 days. My contractor erroneously assumed they had a standard thirty day policy. We contacted Interior Deluxe on July 8th and they said they would not help us in any way. They were not willing to contact the manufacturer. They would not give us a store credit. They simply said" they were in no position to absorb this". Their policy is their policy and if you want to shop with them that's fine. Just be very, very careful because in my opinion they are not at all consumer friendly.
