I wrote a review about The Harrison at Heritage in Fort Worth, TX based on documentation in health.usnews.com that only 63.3% of staff were vaccinated against COVID-19 and only 64.9% of residents were vaccinated against COVID-19, noting that via a nanny cam the staff were observed entering my father's room WITHOUT REQUIRED PPE - 10 nurses were out with COVID this week and 10 patients, including my father, were also infected. At 3:47 AM my father DIED today as a result, when he was FINE before- apparently caring.com doesn't find this pertinent info when choosing a nursing home! Note the photo of how they admit to someone who paid for their review generating program that THIS is in fact how they do business- if you don't pay them off, THEN the negative reviews stay on. Check out the other review of a client facility who spent 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS to get "leads" and "referrals" from Caring.com - you think they're going to post negative reviews for facilities who pay them off? It is ILLEGAL for them not to post honest reviews- if this has also happened to YOU, you can make a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission about their shady business practices at www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov or call 1-877-FTC-HELP (Denise G. Of Caring.com better PRAY there's not an afterlife as she clearly sold her soul to the devil!) BACK TO PLANNING MY FATHER'S FUNERAL...
Unfortunately this feedback is factually inaccurate. There are tens of thousands of negative reviews published publicly on our website, and we aren't paid to post reviews. We've run a high integrity consumer reviews program for over a decade, and use these review guidelines to publish consumers' reviews: https://www.caring.com/about/review_guidelines/ The vast majority of reviews we receive get published. Please contact reviews@caring.com to get support in using our reviews program within guidelines. For nursing homes or regulated care levels in senior living (such as assisted living and memory care), we also encourage consumers to contact the long-term care ombudsman for their state to address their concerns.
