I ordered from this shop and had high hopes to receive the specific yarn I needed to only find that not only was my order mixed with someone else's, but when I was trying to ask to return the order and ask for a refund on my own, I was not only given a partial refund but also expected to waste more money sending the incorrect package back. As a first (and certainly last) time customer, I am highly disappointed in the service provided. Even with current issues with the virus going about, it's not a customer's job to fix the mistakes of the company, let alone to not be cheated out of money they paid. My advice is to look elsewhere for a more responsible provider in craft supplies.

I'm sorry we sent you the wrong parcel. We work really hard to keep packing errors to a minimum. Occasionally we miss something and we’re really sorry it’s happened with your parcel.
We always offer a full refund or replacement in such cases and always cover the postage back if this happens. I'm afraid there was some misunderstanding.
