I placed an order 8 weeks ago since then I've been struggling to receive it. I'm chasing them by email since 8 weeks now, it feels like it's my full time job it's unacceptable. My package has been dropped off at the post office and no one of their team thought of letting me know. I had to chase for days before knowing it and it was actually to late so my package got send back to them. And now they don't want to proceed a refund!
