Slightly lower prices on a few items do NOT make it up for the lack of customer care. Good luck receiving confirmations, updates, apologies or replies of any sort. FYI: ignoring your customers' communications is hardly a good company policy. I will NEVER buy from you again and will recommend everyone I know -with an interest in articles for ballet- to do the same. I rather pay a couple of dollars more and being able to count on reliable and professional service in return.
