Lesson learned.
I order online very often and this is the worst experience I've ever had.
Half of the items I received looked nothing like the pictures, the material is not cotton like it says online but mostly polyester.
And the customer service is absolutely terrible. After several emails exchanged they still need more information and pictures of the items and would not provide me with a return form. Obviously if the exchange last long enough it'll be over the 14 days delay and I won't be able to return the parcel.
