“Said my "card was declined" and charged me 8 times!”

Deceptive! This company flies by the seat of their pants!

They charged my credit card multiple times. When I tried to place the order, the website told me: "Transaction was declined, please enter the details again." I tried 2 more cards. I was charged $170.27 total of eight times = $1360!
Yes, that shows up on my bank statement.
So "declined" was not true!

I talked to customer service, and because of the bad reviews here, I also recorded the call.
They told me the charges will be "reverted in a few days". But I don't want them touching my money at all - ever! Instead I bought the filters from another seller.

Now I am asking my bank to block this seller from taking money out of my account.

Tip for consumers:
I gave it two stars because the website looks well organized. But being charged multiple times makes me never want to visit again.
