“Terrible service and such a hassle”

Reserved a room and called to double check bc navigating the app was difficult. Was assured the reservations were set.
Ive now been trying to check in for an hour and, of course, there's no room.
I won't even get into how sketchy third higher rated hotel is!
Please stick with hotels(dot)com!
