This is my third time ordering from them, and usually it is fast. However, as they switch distribution centers, they're not handling customer service very well. I placed an order on Oct. 21 and the worst part is I don't have access to the e-mail I placed it under, so I have no idea if they have been e-mailing me. I keep e-mailing them and all I get is an automated response saying something like "shipping usually takes 7 business days" when it is has been over 3 weeks. My package could be out in the middle of the ocean, who knows. Anyways, horrible customer service.
