I have ordered thousands of custom shirts and accessories from all different websites and this is hands down the WORST company and experience I have ever encountered. I made a personalized purchase of over £550 and used the 10% off code when you spend more than £200 which really is not a decent deal to begin with. I chose not to pay extra for the security shipping as I was ordering in advanced and the free shipping would get to me a week before the event I needed the custom apparel for, so obvious no need to spend extra money. After agreeing to the terms and conditions of their policy and accepting that any personalization and spelling errors would be at fault of my own, I was expecting it to be a smooth sail to receive my sweatshirts. However, the company went against their very own policy and tried to confirm some of the sweatshirts with me because they thought it was weird that not all of the sweatshirts had customizations on it. Now I clearly checked the box that said THIS SWEATSHIRT LEAVE BLANK so I am not sure why they didn't believe my judgement. However they say they "tried" to get in contact with me about the "strange differences" but I never received any emails. After not receiving my package on the day of the assigned delivery, and not receiving any conformation of shipment, I took it into my own hands to contact the company. I filled out the form online and never received an email back. Another day passes and still have heard nothing and my event is in 4 days, two of which were a saturday and sunday. I finally was able to contact the company and they said they had been reaching out to me and since I never responded they made the executive decision to put my order on hold because they wanted to double check EVEN THOUGH I signed away any blame on the customizations when doing the order, ultimately going behind their policy. Now I know my email did work as I received the conformation and later design approval through this email, so I am not sure what happened. However after hours of speaking to the company and explaining how I am ver unhappy with the service I'm receiving and how they went back on their policy after i made a MASSIVE investment and put my trust in them, they still could not put in the extra time and money on their part to get me my sweatshirts on time. So naturally, I asked for a partial refund and after all they put me through, they could only issue me 5% which in my opinion was not a
Sufficient compensation and still left me and my event without our sweatshirts and £500 our of our pockets. They continued to ship the sweatshirts to me while I was out of town, which I was fine with, however they did not invest the extra money to keep the parcel in the same city I live in, and therefore my package is now an hour and a half drive away from where I should have received it. So now it will be almost two weeks since I was told I would be given my sweatshirts. Spare yourself the time and money and find a company that actually cares about their business with you.
