I initially ordered a new pc and some parts on 29/11/2019 which arrived the next day. However, the pc would not turn on. So after calling them they said they would email call or email me about how to diagnose/fix it. After 3 days they got back to me and said that it needed returned and that it would be returned in 3-5 days. I received my second pc after 15 days of waiting. When I unpacked it it was also faulty and had to go through the same process to get it returned. It is now 22/1/2020 and I have still not received a working product.
