I asked to have my ends trimmed and the "Artsy Unprofessional" cut 6 inches off the ends of my hair and cut another 5 inches on one side and not the other. What the? Who does this? I'm devastated at the results and when I asked why she ruined my hair, she said "I can fix it for you, I can fix it" how do you fix something like this? Glue my hair back on? Now one side of my hair is 6" long and the other is 11" long. Yes, I HAD very long hair and only wanted a trim on the ends. Please be very, very cautious when considering this salon
