I use this site as a supplier monthly. Shipments have always been timely and well packaged. The supplies I receive have always been quality materials. On occasion there will be an issue with an order. I have received prompt, quick service and resolution. Because of their strong customer service, Blick has become my main supplier. I highly recommend them.

I use this company for the bulk of my printing needs. They have excellent customer service. Their printing quality is very good and they use quality materials. Their estimated shipping times are accurate and they always provide tracking. They provide drop shipping services. They do both small and large orders. I have had three problems in the past few years. Each time they assisted me to help resolve the issues. They do not ship internationally which is the only reason I can't use them for all of my paper or canvas printing needs. They are professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

I use this site for both selling and purchasing. As a buyer I've had very good experiences. Every shop is individually owned. As a seller I find the site is a great place to reach additional online traffic. However, it is constantly changing so there is a never ending learning curve. This can be difficult since sellers have no input or control on the physical site. Etsy has a customer service team for sellers and buyers. But, it usually takes 7-10 working days to receive a response to an email inquiry. I have always received a response and support. But, it's never been quick. They do outsource for phone support so tickets can be opened for additional support.
Over all I am happy with the site.

I used Fiverr for assistance with a few smaller jobs. Some gigs were helpful. Some were not. But when I needed assistance with a larger job building a wordpress site, the experience was timely and costly. The seller asked me to review and complete the order before the work was done (this is a common problem on this site). Doing this means the job is complete and the seller is no longer obligated to finish the job. This seller attempted to communicate with me on my social media sites rather than on Fiverr. I didn't allow this. I wasn't able to use the wordpress website I ordered due to poor programming. This was partially due to a language barrier and several misunderstandings. This was frustrating because when I ordered the job, it was stated English was spoken fluently. When I left an honest review the seller harassed me until it was changed. It was highly unprofessional from a person claiming to have experience along with education in this specific area.

I feel some sellers on this site offer a good product. And I have had very positive experience with some sellers on Fiverr. But, the site does not appear to check sellers backgrounds. I don't feel it's a safe site to use for assistance other than with small, basic jobs.

Basic Hulu is comparable with other similar streaming channels such as Sling. We upgraded Hulu a commercial free status. This started an abundance of problems. After the commercials are turned off and the higher fee is paid they continue to pop up which requires contacting Hulu. This typically results in a minimum of an hour on chat with Hulu. Often customer service agents are unresponsive, send us to another agent without warning. Eventually the problem is fixed for 24 hours. Then it begins again. While basic Hulu is fine, I strongly suggest not upgrading as Hulu can not stand behind their product nor offer decent support. We are once again on chat support for a failed product with very long wait times for the 3rd time in a week. We plan to cancel at month end and go with another channel due to this very frustrating and ongoing experience. It's very disappointing because we really wanted to keep the service.

Tip for consumers:
Don't upgrade to a commercial free package. It doesn't work and it's very difficult to get support.

DO NOT TAKE THE FREE TRIAL! We were charge for the free trial even when the service was canceled. Rather than refunding or working with us, the C/S agent was argumentative and would not assist. We were forced to open up a case against Sling TV to have the issue resolved. Due to this problem, I can not recommend this service. Not a safe company to do business with.
