First off I paid for express shipping and the guy that runs the business didn't email me until the day it was suppose to arrive telling me it take another 3 days to come and that's with me still paying express for 5 days? That's not the bad part.
I call and leave a voicemail after he wouldn't respond through email. I tell him I would like a refund due to lack of professionalism and communication. He calls me the next day and promises me that he would set up next day air shipping. He says the package will be at my door tomorrow (today). It didn't come I am furious because if you're selling a item that cost several hundred dollars you better be on your A game. If the package comes tomorrow I'm sending it back I don't want it. I'm not going to support unproffesionalism.
