So I ended up receiving the stuff I ordered but it took a bit of time since it was coming from China. I would have gave a better rating if I received the confirmation email that I was supposed to get. Below this update I just gave is the original review explaining what happened and what led up to where I'm at now.
I recently placed an order with Light in the box and after the order was placed I was told I would receive an email confirming my order in 30 or 40 minutes. Well guess what... I never received that confirmation email and now it's been 4 days since placing the order. On top of all this, when I go to their app to review my order or contact support about my order it is saying there is no orders to look at. Hmmmm... Pretty interesting thing to tell somebody considering the money got taken out of my bank account within a couple minutes of placing the order. The funny thing is after a couple days of not seeing my order on their website or app, I was checking every day after making my order to see if something would come up. All of a sudden my order came up when I clicked on contacting customer support about my orders from their app and then the next day after they suddenly disappeared again off of their app! I was keen to take screenshots the first time I was able to see the stuff I ordered on their app along with my order number to make sure I had a record of it in case my order got removed off their app again, which it did as I explained earlier. To say the least, I definitely do not trust this company. They say they're going to send a confirmation email and then they don't send one yet they take money from your bank account? This is a huge problem and is definitely not the proper way to do business online at any level in my opinion! Don't waste your time or hard-earned cash here in my opinion and go spend the extra money through Amazon or ebay for example or someone of the same likes. At least with those two companies alone they have customer support and don't make it extremely difficult to get a hold of, unlike Light in the box that makes it nearly impossible or fully impossible to ever contact someone in customer support regarding issues you're having with your order or the company. I'm surprised this company is even in business still with the amount of bad reviews I've seen on them already across the internet and on other various review websites.
