I was searching for Williams Chief shirts and was happy to see this company offered many of them. Unfortunately, the quality control on these shirts was severely lacking. Right out of the packaging I could tell that the vinyl on the shirts was poor quality. I washed the shirts before wearing - they came out of the washing machine looking even poorer than previously, then I placed in the dryer and things went from bad to worse. The vinyl was peeling, it was also too thick to shrink properly with the t-shirts, creating puckers.

I contacted the store to see about a return. The customer service department started by asking questions about what I could have done to cause this outcome. They then told me I needed to iron the shirts to fix their problem, when I refused to do that they suggested I pay $15 in shipping to have them ship me more of their terrible product.
