They offer international shipping and do nothing to support it.
Over a month past my "estimated delivery date" and everytime I get in touch they ask me to confirm my shipping address and check with my neighbors. 4 times now.
That doesn't resolve my issue.
They have no tracking number, but somehow are able to see that the package is with the local post service, so I should consult them.
Makes no sense.
They don't care about customer service, this company just wants dissatisfied customers to give up and go away.
