I ordered a Christmas gifts for my family on Dec. 7th with an estimated delivery of Dec. 15-19. It is now December 28th I still have not received them. Zazzle has made it a very stressful, embarrassing and disappointing Christmas for me.
Customer service is closed until the new year.! The kind of retail company closes during its busiest season of the year, is not one I will ever do business with again. I hope I can save others the frustration that I have had!
This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.!
