Honestly when I first saw the price I thought this must be a scam. $160 for a Littmann IV seamed a little too good to be true, but I figured I might as well give it a shot. After ordering I receive and email stating that the specific stethoscope I ordered was out of stock, and told me that I could wait 2 weeks for a new shipment or order a different model. The customer support was great! 2 days latter my stethoscope arrived in its manufacture box.
Overall Great deal from a great company that I would highly recommend to any healthcare worker.
