Ordered a plane ticket through them. Never sent the the e ticket, told me to wait for it. Checked with the airline and a booking had been made but they hadn't made a payment for it. Have requested a refund and getting nowhere. Will be using Section 75 as I purchased it on my credit card. Very, very bad service and it takes a long time to get through on the phone. At which point they try and fob you off saying they need more time. These positive reviews seem very off, please listen to all of us who have actually experienced this company. Avoid, and just pay a little more. It's not worth this hassle to save a little bit of money.
They called who I had purchased the ticket for. Said they wanted to assist with the booking. Once they heard we want a refund quickly ended the call and didn't offer any more. Think only the credit card company can help me. Never known such a dodgy company.
They rang again to say they have given the money to their supplier who gets them cheap tickets, and they are the ones who can send the money back and we have to wait on. And that I have to email the refund department again and they'll get back to me. They never reply to the emails. As usual, going around in circles. Once you get to a deadline with this company they add more to their story and make a new problem preventing them sending you a refund. No supplier had been mentioned to be until now. So poor.
