This company does not abide by customer requests regarding billing. The emails received have been rude and written with extremely poor grammar. Emails are not answered in a timely fashion. Had to request cancellation more than once, finally involving my financial institution. (Their investigation lead to a refund by them, not the company).
It sounds great in the beginning, deeply discounted jewelry for a membership fee. That is until you actually have to deal with them, and do the math. Unless you buy jewelry in large quantities, this is an extremely expensive option.
