On game day for the 49ers Vs Seahawks we purchased tickets. The charge went through an hour before Gametime. After the purchase I called to get the tickets. The person said they would send them shortly. I get a cancellation notice without an apology 25 minutes before game time. Instead I get bombarded with emails to buy tickets. I sent them an email and never got a response back. We also kept getting error messages on the app and the website. Their app is spotty as well. I will NEVER again use this service. I've always bought tickets before game time with no issues. How can you not respond to an email about a customer concern like this? Worst company!
