Please avoid this company! It's a nightmare not a dream. I booked tickets for 4 people last year 2020 my flights was cancelled, they told me would charge £400 in fees and give me a refund in 12-24 weeks! Guess what 28 weeks on and no refund yet! Disgusting company no respect for the costumer I'm desperate for my money and they are just tell me to wait a few more weeks

Do not use this agency, I booked a flight for me and my children in January 2022 it was cancelled...
