For over a month now Bauer Nutrition has lied to me about sending a product they have now admitted to not having had in stock. I have a dozen emails from them full of lies lie and BS from their customer service department's best lier, someon who goes by the name of Bernadette. I paid for the product, they said they sent it, then said later they had no stock, so they never sent it, I threatened government departments, they offered a refund after a month of chasing them, they said they had sent the product as an apology, but that producr has never arrived and the tracking says has never left GB let alone reached Australia. These people are full of BS, do NOT buy from them, they do not deliver. Google Bauer and complaints, if you don't believe me. If they had been honest AT ANY TIME, I guess I wouldn't have minded so much, but these people have scammed me ALL THE WAY. CUSTOMER SERVICE? - WHAT A PACK OF EFFING A-HOLES. They are still advertising the product on their website, but don't seem to be able to get one to me. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
