I am using myUs.com since several month now and have already a lot of shipments done with myus. That time was a bit tricky and i was in need of help from the customer service. I was lucky and got 2 fantastic customer service agents on the line. Roderick and Elaine. They understood my issue very quick and supported me in a very professional way to solve the issue.
