I recently had an issue with a Roper washing machine. It was outside the time frame for the manufacturer warranty. However it was covered by the lowes protection plan I had purchased when i bought the washer. I called the number for lowes protection plan. 5 minutes worth of time verifying the product etc... After that easy process I was giving a series of times and dates for a repair person to come. They showed up and repaired the washer no issues after that. I was waiting for issues with this matter but experienced Zero problems. After this transaction I needed a mower and a fridge. And of course I bought the extended protection plan. Thank you lowes.
