Wow. WOW. We bought flights to Buenos Aires back in January for this June, and when we went to the airport the flight had left five hours earlier! We were never informed! The airline told us it was because the company we bought through, FAREDEPOT, never informed us of the change. On the website under our booking, it still shows the incorrect flight time. When I called to talk to customer service, I was told that they could only refund us with a gift card to Fare Depot, which I, of course, became very irritated about, as we want a refund of the original payment since this was their mistake. The customer service representative became belligerent when I wasn't a "good little girl" on the phone. He was unable and unwilling to deal with my frustration over the situation, and threatened to cancel my booking, and told me he was going to cut the call. I asked to speak to a manager, he refused. He told me they were all busy and hung up on me. NEVER USE THIS PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY, unless you like having a headache, a canceled flight, and an empty wallet.
