Several months ago I purchased Microsoft Office Pro 2013 from softwarepricedright.com. This week I reinstalled the software on a new laptop, but Microsoft would not allow me to activate the product, informing me that the product key was not valid. I have emailed softwarepricedright three times (directly and through their website), and they have not given me any response (not even acknowledging receipt of my complaint). And of course, there is no phone number provided to reach them.
