I was disappointed that the AM10 coupon code I was sent did not work.
For the coupon code that I could not use...
We ordered a collection of four NEW books, but we were mailed four USED books. We returned them as instructed for a refund. They are now claiming they never received the returned books and are denying a $100 refund. Horrible customer service as well. We were very displeased with our entire experience.
