I tried to order some glasses online instead of in store, because Covid.
I asked them to bill my insurance like I have done in the Image optometry many times before and got back a rude reply that my insurance is only exams (its not) and that "maybe you should call your insurance provider to discuss your options" I have had the same provider for YEARS and used it for glasses AND exams. I know my "options"
It was rude and unnecessary. I can fully understand if he was unable to talk to the location directly, he could have said so. There is No customer service email and no contact information aside from a 1-800 number. Seems silly to throw away sales during a pandemic when online shopping should be made easier not harder.
