I bought the "10 boxes for $10" deal when they first started. I did feel like the set up was a little strange. The site didn't even ask for my shipping address which made me feel a little uneasy. It took a VERY long time to get my order, but they did reply to my emails and did give me an update a few weeks out.
As I understand it, they got REALLY busy REALLY fast and weren't prepared. I think they messed it up for themselves early on, which is a bummer. If they would have updated customers from the very start, letting them know that there would be delay, I don't think they would have so many negative reviews.
I wasn't in a rush, so it didn't really bother me. I only paid $10 & I love my boxes. It was a good deal.
I would buy from them again, but with the expectation that shipping might take a while.
