HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I paid to park my vehicle and have shuttle service during my vacation. My vehicle was broken into and a gun was stolen. I had to send my husband to pickup my truck early and file a police report. There are security cameras in the parking lot, I want the footage to give to the police, but the manager MATTHEW DOYLE refuses to return my calls. I've left several voice mails and sent emails to him and the operation manager with no response. Do not stay here unless you want your vehicle damaged and then to be given the run around from everyone. They wont even give me a refund for my parking, even though the vehicle had to be picked up early and I didn't use the return shuttle, since my vehicle wasn't there. Parking my car there has cost me over $1000. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

If I could give them a ZERO I would. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! FALSE ADVERTISING! My truck was broken into during my stay. The site was advertised as a no re-entry. Which led me to believe that the lot was gated. It wasn't but I did not have time to change my parking before catching my plane and had to leave my vehicle in the lot. My window was busted out and my gun was stolen. They refuse to refund my money for parking even thou my vehicle had to be picked up early and I didn't use the shuttle service to return to the lot. The only response I received from anyone was that they are not liable for damages. The managers of the lot won't even return my calls about the surveillance footage in the parking lot. WARNING... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Verified site experience

Seems good so far. Would like a few more pictures of the products. Maybe a picture on a person so you can get an idea of size. Site is easy to navigate. I cant wait to see what the products look like in person.

I recently bought 2 items off one of their online auctions. Both were listed as "untested" but I figured they probably worked so gave it a try anyways. I drove over an hour each way to pickup. Neither of the 2 items worked. I was really upset after I noticed a return label on one of the items that specifically said it was DAMAGED! I emailed the company and asked for a refund on that Item, seeing as how it wouldn't even need to be tested to know that it didn't work. The company never responded to my request. Of course the pictures that were given on the auction site didn't show the return slip... Go figure. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I will never order from Flip The Trend again. I ordered 2 pet beds and after waiting 3 weeks I contacted them to see where my order was. I was informed that one of the sizes was out of stock but should be in soon. They told me I could get a refund if I wished but I decided to continue to wait. They couldn't give me an expected ETA on the product in question just kept saying "soon". I waited another 2 weeks and contacted them for a the refund on that size and asked them to ship the other product. I was then told that the product had arrived and already shipped out. Great news! I was given a date for arrival, that was almost 2 weeks away, but that was fine. In that email I was told that if the products didn't arrive by that date I could ask for a refund, "no questions asked". I waited until the day after that date to contact them. They were "off line" as they were the last time I contacted them, but there was an option to send a message and they would reply within 48 hrs. So I sent the message asking for the refund. 5 days later I still haven't gotten a reply. I went back into the site and still no one available in customer service. I sent yet another message asking for a refund and this time stated I would contact my credit card company if I didn't get a reply in 48hrs.
Over all I've waited over 2 months to receive my order, never got it, and couldn't get them to issue a refund. Very unhappy!
