I engaged with Expanda Track to do my lounge and bedroom drapes and Roman Blinds.
Although the downstairs curtains were satisfactory the upstairs bedroom curtains were a different story. As I have cathedral ceilings the windows were up high. I offered for my present curtains to be taken down and used as a template plus their installer Gary also measured on that day. Cardboard was inserted into the windows as there would be a 2 week wait while curtains were being made. First install I didn't see as away but my partner was here - installers and he said - to rectify as curtains were wrong size and not meeting in the middle.
There machinist came out with installer to meet again my partner but failed to bring the original drapes as a guide. At this point I was surprised that the curtains were being subcontracted out to an elderly lady. As I was under the impression that it all was done onsite by Expandatrack.
In total there were 3 installs with upstairs bedroom curtains not being of satisfactory workmanship. I was then offered a discount off my bill, as this job was completely out of their league. This experience went over 5 weeks and damage to windowsill paintwork from the cardboard inserts still need to be addressed.
Extremely disappointed and a unprofessional experience.
