“Tpg new management and culture negatively impacting performance”

One star. Inefficient service. Spent more time transferring me around departments and holding the line than finding a solution. I hung up. Not solutions focused. Poor performance. I have been a longtime customer. That doesn't seem to matter anymore. Not recommended in Oz.

Tip for consumers:
Do your research to find better reliability and service.
