As a motor biker and safety being important I bought what I felt was the best camera out there for size and quality. Not cheap at nearly £300.00 and for a while it gave good service until the input port separated from the main board. Still under warranty it was replaced and I was so pleased I bought another as a dash cam. Now the same fault has occurred again with the port breaking away from the main board. Once is bad luck but twice... What is worse is that this time I have been fobbed off with the offer of a 10% discount on a new camera. I don't want to pay for a new camera and offered to pay for repair of this one. Again I was fobbed off. This is a good camera when working but I have to question how robust it is for sports camera. Despite praising this camera in the past in light of the way I have been fobbed of I would have my doubts about buying a new one when there are plenty of new arrivals on the market a lot cheaper and hopefully more robust. It is up to you of course but my advice is consider other options.

Now six days after the delivery date and still no sign of my order. Apparently delivery within the UK can take up to 15 days so if you have a job to get done on your 4x4 think carefully before you use this company as on time means any time.

Ordered an Alzheimer clock for my mum in law to help her remember the time, day and date in large letters from a seller called sweetsummer_r and the contact Emily'. Paid the money through ebay and was given a delivery date. I was informed the clock was despatched it did not arrive. Complained and was told delivery in four days. It did not arrive. Company offered £3.00 refund asking if I could wait. I have asked for a full refund. Am waiting. I would not advise any one to use this company which is apparently based in Liverpool. I believe they are a scam so use them at your own risk. You have been warned! Please note the company is not Ebay they use ebay.

I booked van-plus to move house in the Borders area giving them over two weeks notice. All packed up and waiting for the van I received a text "after" the arrival time that the van was not coming. I tried to contact their customer service which gives you ten minutes of awful music and messages of how important you are then cuts you off or alternatively you can find that the message box is FULL. Finally I got them to contact me and the promise of a van next day sounded good. You have guessed it! The same thing happened again with all of the added stress. Finally I cancelled the arrangement and found a reliable and prompt vanman for the next day. They have now informed me that they did not take payment. What about the stress caused, the delay caused and the hassle of having it all packed up with nowhere to go. Any mention of compensation? Ha ha. Moving is stressful so if you want to multiply it by ten then find out that customer service cannot be reached by phone and your broadband is not available as you are moving use van-plus. If you want repeated failure to turn up use van-plus. If you want a company that obviously does not care about the situation it leaves its customers in use van-plus. That is of course my personal experience but if you are fortunate enough to read this take my advice and do not use van-plus. Without doubt they are the worst company it has ever been my misfortune to use and their customer service is a very sad joke.
