My wife and I bought over $200. Worth of items that we personalized. There were cards that we filled out for each different person that we were gifting. Each item was to be shipped to these people directly. A few days later we received a box with all of the items sent to us. they were wrapped in plastic and in good shape. Then we opened one of the packs and saw that it had the wrong card in it. Each item had a identical cards made out to one person. We complained and they took shipping off. As this turned into a major hassle for us, we voiced our concern with them again and let them know we would not return. They then took the unusual step of refunding the full amount of our order. Customer service saved them.
