I wish I had found these other reviews before ordering from Sierra Living Concepts. I ordered a bed frame back in Sept. And was told it would arrive in 8-10 weeks, in time for Christmas. Now I am told it will take a minimum of 17-18 weeks to arrive. Knowing this upfront I would have taken my business elsewhere.

All our products are handcrafted with premium and heirloom quality real solid hardwood. Therefore, we spent the time to ensure your order passed our stringent Q. A., as we want our customers to receive 100% Quality Approved products they can cherish as a lasting legacy.
I am delighted to share that your order was shipped in early December, and will reach our Long Beach, CA, USA Port by 30th January 2020, at which time you can track the item on your personal customer portal, or call us for a more detailed time-frame of delivery.
