“Expensive paper weight”

I purchased the ring doorbell pro. Set it up correctly and it just did not work. I called customer service and was on hold for 2 hours. They did replace it, how ever the second one was no better.
I have never been so disappointed any product in my life, as I am with Ring doorbell pro. It is a waste of time and money
