“It's a scam.”

I can't get or receive messages. Had a female friend open an account I sent her messages and she sent me messages. Neither of us received the messages. Called customer support they assured me everything was fine. I still can't send or receive messages. I'm going to call my Credit Card Company and file a dispute.
