We used booking.com to book our hotel for a family reunion on Vancouver Island. Arrived Saturday and were told by the hotel that they did not have the reservation. Very disappointed that booking.com would not take responsibility for their error. Left us out of luck and no available hotel within 30 miles at 9 PM. They blamed the hotel and refused to take any responsibility. Clearly not a booking site willing to take responsibility for their mistakes and nota site I would ever trust again.
