I never ordered from this site, because the final checkout price was much higher than their advertised price. Since then, I have been overwhelmed by spam from them, despite several attempts to unsubscribe my email address. No one answers the phone or returns emails. They clearly live on the Dark Side. Run away!

A Google search for "Lion King" DVD produced this site with a $10.99 advertised price. But after clicking the link to the site, the price turned out to be $12.99. Not the biggest issue in the world, but still a difference. I emailed to ask about their price, and the response I got was rude and did not answer the question. I decided to shop somewhere else. After reading these other reviews, I'm glad I did. I don't trust them. Clearly their priority was not a positive customer experience.
