My spouse purchased, for my early March birthday, a Me&Ro piece of jewelry. The day after she purchased it, we returned to the store on my birthday to request a longer chain (gold). We were advised the piece would need to be sent to the studio to accommodate our request. We paid the additional monies, and left with the expectation we would receive the updated piece within 2 weeks. 3.5 months later, not only have we had to chase down Customer Service department, when they finally sent back the piece, they had done nothing to it. As we challenged them, they were not only rude, no apology and had the audacity to use the pandemic for what is at EOD, terrible service, follow-up.
