This company is a scam hiding behind contracts. They lose stuff, they damage stuff, they bait and switch you on pricing, and then they force you through a complicated claims process ultimately designed to not let you get your money, and if you stick with it, they offer you a tiny fraction of the actual damages. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. You will not be happy with the outcome, they are a crooked organization. They just find things and people to constantly blame.

We moved from California with them, and they were a scam essentially the second after we officially booked, because they realized their contract allowed them to be deceitful. First they bait and switched our contract price, hoping we wouldn't catch it, we did. Then they massively overcharge you for shipping materials, even though 90% of the materials were ours. Then they overcharge you for weight, even though we shipped basically the exact space we originally planned. Then they lost stuff, and damaged stuff in the transit, and basically just said tough luck file a claim.

Total scam, avoid at all cost. Oh, and of course as pro's they only accept cash, knowing that they have you in a bind.
