I placed an order with them in early November of 2017. I got my blanket and 3-4 of the pictures the faces and heads were cut off, however when I submitted the job everything was good and they verified that. They printed it again and same thing so they told me to place a new order so I did and I moved the photos to different location on the blanket and now different pictures on different spots of the blanket were cut off. They had me place a new order and move pictures around again same thing happened. This was a Christmas gift for my parents and I still don't have it and it is March 5,2018. I have talked to customer service talked to Customer service a dozen times or more through this whole process including 2 supervisors and have also emailed them that I want a call from one of the top executives to get this resolved and they say that can't happen and that they will walk it over to production. I have been waiting to receive my last reprint of the blanket for 3 weeks now and they aren't doing any thing about it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. IT HAS BEEN HORRIBLE!
