I can honestly say that this has been the most ridiculous and unacceptable experience I have ever had. Bought 3 new Q series TVs and one was defective. After many repair attempts they were not able to repair or even acknowledge there was a problem. Finally after 6 weeks I was told that I would receive a refund. It's now been 3 months. Every time I call, 56 times, I am told that I would have to wait 3 to 5 days. I'll receive a text that requests me to call with important info and they tell me another 3 to 5 days. I will NEVER buy another Samsung product. Never have I been treated so poorly. My experience will be posted everywhere online every day for many years to come.

Insisted on Zelle payment. Said order shipped. Then get a notice i had to pay insurance to a bogus shipping company. They said insurance is refunded with 24 hours after delivery. Of course there was not any delivery because there was no package to deliver. Middle Eastern I am assuming accents. Rude and hard to understand. He even hung up on me after yelling demanding money for insurance at all hours of the day on text messaging

Tip for consumers:
Absolutely a scam. I fell for it like a fool
