I can honestly say that this has been the most ridiculous and unacceptable experience I have ever had. Bought 3 new Q series TVs and one was defective. After many repair attempts they were not able to repair or even acknowledge there was a problem. Finally after 6 weeks I was told that I would receive a refund. It's now been 3 months. Every time I call, 56 times, I am told that I would have to wait 3 to 5 days. I'll receive a text that requests me to call with important info and they tell me another 3 to 5 days. I will NEVER buy another Samsung product. Never have I been treated so poorly. My experience will be posted everywhere online every day for many years to come.
