I placed an order for Christmas gifts for my grandchildren. They had problems with their computers and the order didn't ship from their warehouse until 6 days after I ordered them. They never contacted me to inform me. I had to call them to let them know I never received a confirmation of shipping and that's how I learned they hadn't shipped. The girl in customer service didn't care about my dilemma because the gifts are scheduled to arrive after my grand babies have left to go back home 6 states away! I've reordered from Amazon so they'll be here in time but now I have the money out of my account twice!
