My experience started with a question around what coffee machine best suited my needs, I was able to speak to someone at your firm and they provided me with clear guidance on the type of machine, the recommended brand and a grinder that would also suit as part of an overall package.

A number of things blew me a way, the speed with which the machine was dispatched, the ongoing communication regarding its delivery and the quality of packaging to ensure the machine arrived safely at our home.

The fact that the machine makes better espressos than any coffee shop I have been to anywhere in the world, well that is a huge bonus. The machine demonstrates that Italians know how to make beautiful machines that function as designed.
