What a nightmare. Told me my husband paid them $249.00 so they would monitor his computer for any problems, and their company was getting a lot of messages that his computer had been compromised. They kept telling me they were not selling anything. After being assured, they were not selling, only fixing, I allowed them access. Then the supervisor came on the computer, showing me what he was going to fix, and that would be a one time payment of 249.00 for the 3 computers in the house. I said I told you 3 times that I was not buying. Ron Martini went off line leaving my computer locked in safe mode and not being able to use it. I called them back and they told me the persons who had gained access must of done something, but for $249.00 they could fix it.
